How to use the Rio Professional teeth whitening system

• Step 1: Place the Rio mouthpiece into warm water
• Step 2: Position the mouthpiece in the mouth and bite down gently
• Step 3: Hold in place for 30 seconds,remove and place into cold water to cool for 60 seconds to set
• Step 4: Push the mouthpiece onto the location tab on the front of the Rio blue light transmitter and syringe a line of gel into the mouth piece
• Step 5: Put the mouth piece into your mouth so that it rests against your teeth and once in place you can relax your lips over it
• Step 6: Press the start/pause button to start treatment. The countdown timer will indicate the time remaining before you should remove the mouth piece
